The public organization \u201cVy.Mova\u201d was founded on December 19, 2019<\/strong> with the aim of helping Ukrainians learn English, primarily residents of district centers and small settlements of the Odessa region.

The first year, the organization focused on online English courses for Ukrainians. The organization\u2019s volunteers taught the language online free of charge to help Ukrainians make up for their educational losses.

A year later, in February 2021, the public organization \u201cVy.Mova\u201d founded its flagship product<\/strong> \u2014 a network of educational and cultural spaces called the Honcharenko Center in 10 cities in Ukraine. Among the first cities where our centers opened were Podilsk, Balta, Myrhorod, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Zhmerynka, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Kropyvnytskyi, and Lyman.

Honcharenko Centers are free educational and cultural hubs, the purpose of which is to develop high-quality free education and provide Ukrainians with unhindered access to learning foreign languages and other subjects. They simply function thanks to the support of patrons, private businesses, local partners and contributions from caring Ukrainians.

As of July 2025, the network of educational hubs “Honcharenko Center” from “Vy.Mova” includes 41 spaces operating in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions, as well as online.

Over the past four years, the network of educational hubs \u201cVy.Movy\u201d has provided free legal assistance to over 100,000<\/strong> people and reached over 1,500,000 Ukrainians from all over the country.

Another area of work of the public organization is the provision of free legal assistance<\/strong> to vulnerable categories of the population. This is implemented thanks to the work of the Legal Honcharenko Center, where a group of lawyers has been providing free legal advice to Ukrainians abroad, their family members, internally displaced persons, migrants, and educators since April 18, 2023.

Over the past two years, the organization\u2019s legal department has provided over 130,000 primary legal consultations for IDPs and Ukrainians abroad, won 16 court cases, protecting their interests, and expanded the number of free hotlines from 1 in April 2023 to 9 as of April 2025.

Among the projects implemented by the organization during its work are the STEAM-laboratory of informal education “Honcharyk” for children and adolescents of Mykolaiv (with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation – GIZ<\/strong>), two seasons of the political school for youth LEAD:UA (with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation<\/strong>), the largest international security forum of the Black Sea region Black Sea Security Forum (with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Hepatica Foundation, Jarl Hjalmarson Foundation, U.S.-Ukraine Foundation<\/strong> and other partners).

Among the partners and friends of the public organization, with whom a number of joint projects were also implemented, are the University of Pennsylvania<\/strong>, Cisco Networking Academy<\/strong>, National Open University of Taiwan <\/strong>(NOU) and Shih Chien University<\/strong> (Taiwan), the Main Departments of the State Emergency Service<\/strong> of Ukraine in Kherson and Rivne regions, Ukrainian non-governmental organizations, higher education institutions, etc.

The organization is also engaged in volunteer activities, providing humanitarian assistance to vulnerable groups of the population together with Ukrainian and foreign organizations.

As of July 2025, the organization employs 70<\/strong> people, in addition, more than 300<\/strong> volunteers are involved in the work of \u201cVy.Mova\u201d on a voluntary basis.
